1. Master Services Agreement (MSA)
By engaging Codevynex Technologies for custom software development, consulting, or cloud management, client agreements are governed by our mutually executed Master Services Agreement and respective Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of full payment for agreed milestones, 100% of all custom source code, documentation, UI designs, and database architectures are assigned exclusively to the client.
3. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality
Codevynex guarantees full confidentiality regarding proprietary business logic, client datasets, and strategic roadmaps under bilateral NDA provisions.
